We are working hard to provide you the latest fashion at affordable rates with best quality fabric. If you didn’t like the product or it’s not up to your expectations, simply return the product within 7 days since the 'Date of Delivery'.

Important Points to remember,

  •  Return request needs to be placed within 7 days of the delivery date.
  •  Your Order will be picked-up within 2-3 working days after we approve your request.
  •  All returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and return with the original packing and tags when we receive it. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  •  The refund is subject to your returns met the above conditions else returns will not be accepted and sent back to you
  • The entire Return Process, from 'raising the request till the refund is initiated’ might take up to 10-15 working days.

In case you receive a damaged / defective product, return request under ‘Product Damaged’ category should be placed within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to attach a photograph of the damaged / defective product. In case you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.


Amount Refund

  • COD Charges (Rs.60) are non-refundable.
  • Rs.100 will be charged for Reverse Shipping Charges for all the Refund Methods. (effective from 01.04.2021.)
  • NOTE: Any Discount applied while placing the order, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Mode of Refund

  •  Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the same account from which order has been placed or through store credit. Once we receive the product, the amount will be initiated in the next 24 - 48 hours. Your money will be reflected in your account in 5-7 working days.
  •  COD Orders: A Cashgram link will be shared with you via SMS, Email and WhatsApp. Kindly enter the Bank Account Details or UPI followed by an OTP. The amount will be transferred to the mentioned Bank Account immediately.
  •  Store Credit: In case of wrong bank details, intimation will be sent for the same. If we don’t receive the reply within 7 days, the amount will be generated as a store credit and you'll receive an email notification for the same.

*Store Credits will be credited to your 7 Shores Clothing wallet within 2 working days after the order has been received by us.

*Once the refund processed to the 7 Shores Clothing Wallet it will not be reversed to your bank account.

*No return on Sale Products.
